Stephan Knuppertz will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board of the Eberspaecher Group on October 1.
The 54-year-old business graduate (MBA) began his career at Deutsche Bank and then spent more than 25 years at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in various management positions in the finance department. Most recently, as Global Head of Controlling & Financing and member of the Executive Committee, he was responsible for the commercial management of global operational finance and financing topics. In addition to his long-standing contacts in the banking industry, he brings to his new role extensive experience in corporate finance and business transformation.
The previous incumbent, Dominic Waldeier, has decided to pursue a new challenge. Following a transition period and an intensive induction phase with Stephan Knuppertz, Dominic Waldeier will leave the company in the fourth quarter.
