After a good and intensive handover Jörg Steins will take over the management of the Divisions Climate Control Systems and Automotive Controls of the automotive supplier as sole CEO from 5 February 2024. The 56-year-old automotive expert will thus assume responsibility for the growth areas of thermal management and vehicle electronics with around 3,000 employees. Pepijn Dinandt remains active for the company in an advisory capacity on a project basis.
